Ms. Lola Montagne, born in Lima Peru, has lived in Canada for 12 years and her experience includes the performance of executive assistant duties for the President and CEO of Manhattan Minerals Corp. Ms. Montagne's previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant for various corporate entities in Peru (including mining companies) brings a keen understanding of Peruvian business, social and cultural issues and she is a welcome addition to the management team. Ms. Montagne is assuming the position of Executive Assistant to the company President and CEO and will also assist with Investor Relations.
