Advisory Board Appointment
The Company is pleased to announce that Frank J. Nelson, M.Sc. Geology, has joined the Company's special advisory board as a consultant. Frank brings to the Company over 36 years of experience in all phases of base and precious metal exploration in North, South and Central America, Australia, Asia and Europe. Mr. Nelson worked most of his career with Freeport Exploration Company leaving the position of Vice President International Exploration in 1990 to act as a consultant to Freeport. He is credited with the discovery of two world class mineral deposits, Mount Keith, a disseminated nickel sulphide deposit located in Western Australia and Ertsberg East (Grasberg District), a copper-gold-silver skarn in Irian Jaya, Indonesia.Stock Options Granted
The Company has granted a total of 384,000 incentive stock options to directors, consultants and employees. Of the 384,000 options, 334,000 are exercisable at $0.25 and 50,000 are exercisable at $0.45. All of the options are for a period of five years.
