Vancouver, British Columbia, June 13th. 2008. Candente Resource Corp. (DNT:TSX) ("Candente") has amended the terms of the private placements as previously announced on June 9th, 2008.

The private placements will now comprise of units at a price of $1.50 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will be non-transferable and exercisable for a period of 24 months to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $2.00 per share. All other terms remain unchanged.
